The SKILLS required for the guided tours are good mountain biking techniques. If in doubt, you can book a technical lesson where our guides will give you useful advice on how to improve your confidence on the saddle.
The HOURS of the tour are from 8:30 to 16:00. We also offer half day guided excursions from 8:30 to 13:00.
For more comfort and fun, we recommend clothing specially suited for variable mountain conditions that can brave the rain and keep you warm during drops in temperature. And of course, a helmet must always be worn and fastened. Your EQUIPMENT also needs to be in good condition and in case of misfortune, a puncture repair kit fixes tires on the spot.
